Shipping and Sales Tax Information
ShadowCasts typically ships via UPS Ground and the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges are indicated throughout the web site and are automatically totaled in the shopping cart.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Depending on what products are ordered, your order may ship from more than one U.S. location, and if so, it is highly unlikely that both shipments would arrive at the same time.
You will be sent email verification with a tracking number when your order ships, so you can follow the progress of your shipment. In-stock items are shipped within 2 business days and the typical order should
arrive within 4-5 business days from shipping notification.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, and at the current time we ship only to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
