Return Policy
We at ShadowCasts are proud of the products we offer, and even prouder that they are Made in the USA by skilled American craftspeople. But if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, neither are we.
ShadowCasts will gladly give you a full refund, minus any shipping charges, on any items (excluding custom orders•) returned to us in their original packaging, in new, resalable condition, within 30 days of purchase.
If an exchange is required due to shipping damage, product defect, or any error on our part, a replacement or correct product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Any refunded returns will be credited in the manner in which the merchandise was originally purchased. Credit card transactions will be credited to the original account within 30 days of ShadowCasts’ receipt of the return.
Steps to return a ShadowCasts product:

or Fax: (415) 459-3906 - Package the product in its original packaging and enclose a copy of your receipt.
- Return the product by common carrier (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, etc.), with sufficient insurance to cover its value in case of loss or damage to the address received when given return authorization.
•“Custom orders” include any Custom MetalCast sculpturns® or printed nametags, which will be refunded minus
the shipping charge and a 50% service/restocking fee.
